Some BeyondNorth Labs Services use artificial intelligence to generate coaching, recommendations, summaries, insights, or other content.

AI-generated content:

  • May contain inaccuracies.

  • Should not be considered professional advice.

  • Should not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional guidance.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

6. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Certain products, including Built By Discipline and future wellness applications, may provide educational information related to health, fitness, productivity, or personal development.

These Services:

  • Are not medical devices.

  • Do not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat medical conditions.

  • Are not substitutes for licensed medical or mental health professionals.

Always consult qualified professionals regarding health-related concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, graphics, branding, logos, text, videos, AI systems, workflows, documentation, and other content provided by BeyondNorth Labs are the property of BeyondNorth Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Reverse engineer

without our written permission.

8. Beta Software

Some products may be released as beta versions.

Beta software:

By participating in beta testing, you acknowledge these risks and agree that your feedback may be used to improve our products without compensation.

By submitting feedback, you grant BeyondNorth Labs a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, implement, and incorporate your feedback into our products without obligation or compensation.

  • Firebase

  • OpenAI

  • Anthropic

  • Payment processors

  • Cloud hosting providers

Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Add or remove functionality

  • Perform maintenance

  • Suspend services

  • Discontinue products

at any time without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeyondNorth Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost data

  • Business interruption

  • Personal decisions made using AI-generated content

  • Device issues

  • Software incompatibilities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the applicable Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Continuous availability
