Your data, your call. You can erase everything yourself inside the app, or email us and we will do it for you — including if you have already uninstalled. No hoops, no retention offers.

OPTION 1 — DELETE IT YOURSELF

iPhone: Open the app → You → Settings → Account → Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm.

Android: Open the app → You → Start over → confirm.

This is immediate and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your history first, use Export My Data before you delete — once it is gone we cannot recover it, because we never had it.

OPTION 2 — ASK US TO DELETE IT

Email us from the address you registered with and we will erase everything we hold. This is the route to use if you have already deleted the app, or if you want your contact-registry entry and Circle posts removed as well.

Email: support@beyondnorthlabs.com — subject "Account deletion request". Include the email you registered with, your platform (iPhone / Android), and your Circle display name (only if you posted there).

We reply within one business day and complete every request within 30 days, as required under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.

WHAT GETS ERASED

• Your account name, email, and profile as stored on the device

• Your goal program, path, why, and coaching-style settings

• Every morning and evening check-in, including notes and discipline scores

• All tracked metrics and their full history

• AI Coach and Vent Session transcripts

• Streaks, climb progress, mastery records, and trend history

• Saved places, reminders, and checklist items

Almost all of this only ever existed on your device — your check-ins, notes, and metrics are never uploaded to us, so deleting the app removes them outright.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY IN-APP DELETION

Deleting inside the app clears your device. These live elsewhere, so they need an email from you — we would rather be straight about it than let you assume otherwise.

Contact-registry entry

Your name and email, held so we can confirm registration and send release notices. Deleting in-app does not remove this — email us and we will delete it, normally within a few days and always within 30.

Discipline Circle posts

Anything you posted to the Circle stays visible to members unless you ask us to remove it, because it lives on our server rather than on your device. Tell us your Circle display name and we will delete your posts and comments.

Feedback and review submissions

Kept while they are still useful for improving the app. These are anonymous by default — usually there is no identifier tying them to you, which also means we may not be able to find them on request.

Pseudonymous analytics

Screen and feature counts keyed to a random install id. They are unlinkable to your identity by design, so they survive deletion in aggregate form and we generally cannot isolate an individual's records. We will say so plainly if that applies to your request.

Subscription records

Billing history is held by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in the App Store or Play Store first if you are still paying.
